Translated into Hebrew from Qosta ben Luqa's Arabic by Qalonymos ben Kalonymos (the revised translation).

Written by Yitsḥaḳ ben R. Yehudah שויכאת at Saragossa in the house of R. Yitsḥaḳ Kohen, finished on Tuesday the 11 of the first Adar 5212 (1452)

Incipit: מארמישדאה אל אוסנאוס שלום. כבר פניתי אליך והראיתי וכתבתי במופת
Colophon: "והשלמתיו אני יצחק בכ"ר יהודה שויכאת בעיר סרגוסה במדרש הה"ר יצחק כהן יצ"ו והוא העתקת [=תרגום] ר’ קלונימוס בר’ קלונימוס האחרונה שהוא העתיקו פעמים והיתה השלמתו ביום שלישי י"א לחדש אדר ראשון שנת הרי"ב ... " . (f. 28v)
