F. 2 is a later addition, which contains part of a medical treatise.
On ff. 36v-37v there are indices of the questions on 'de generatione et corruptione' and 'de anima'; these are repeated (in a different hand) on ff. 38r-38v, followed by the questions on 'de sensu', 'de memoria', 'de somno', and on Thomas Aquinas's'de ente et essentia'.
Incomplete; ends within question 13 (of 14).
Beginning missing
At the end (f. 270v) a poem, beginning התוכל לבבי, with the translator's acrostic.

Provenance and Acquisition
Probably belongs to 13 Hebrew manuscripts that were donated to the library in 1683 by John Fell, Dean of Christ Church and Bishop of Oxford. (See the Christ Church Library Donors Book, p. 194.)
