On fol. : "גורלות מר’ סעדיה נסו אותם אנשי בבל ואשכנז’ וספרד’"
Among others contains extracts on ear diseases, poisons, bites, wounds and pains.
Extracts from Galen, Bernard de Gordon, etc.
At the end: "נבחר ונלקט מספר הבחירה אשר יסדה השר ברפואת אנשי זמננו"
Anonym translator.
At the beginning: "קצת ענינים נלקטים מאינטיטוארי בן מאסויא" ; at the end: "ע"כ מרקוח בן מאסוייא"
"בחיובי מה שיאכל וישתה, נבחר מספר קטן הכמות ורב האיכות לא ידעתי שמו ושם מחברו והוא שער שלישי
On fol. 249v, King Robert is mentioned as alive (died in 1343): "מאי’ ארנבט דוילא נובא לאדננו מלך רובירט יע"א". Thus the text must have been written not later than 1343

Scribe is Vidal Diturnon (di Tournon?) ( וידאל [=חיים בן דוד] דיטורנון ) who was the scribe of Paris BnF hèbr. 133.
