Owner's inscription on fol. 1r: "Liber Guilielmi Laud Archiepi[scopi] Cantuar[iensis] et Cancellarii Universitatis Oxon[iensis] 1633"; inscriptions describing content on fol. (iv)v: "Doctrina Cabalistica de Causa prima, Intelligentiis, earu[m] numero, gradibus et segis mysteriis, Nominibus Divinis, et id genus aliis"; "Liber Cabbalisticus"
