The first and the last three leaves contain a list of different objects sold to various persons. On fol. 129v, begins commentary on Yotser de-Shabat Bereshit. On fol. 130v payments received by a teacher in Elul 5205 (1445). Levi ben Gershom's commentary starts on fol. 7r.

Owner's inscription: "Liber Guilielmi Laud Archiepi[scopi] Cantuar[iensis] et Cancelarii Universitatis Oxon[iensis] 1635" (fol. 7r)
