On fols. 93r, 137v, 150r the name Yehduah is marked, perhaps he was the scribe.
History
Provenance and Acquisition
Ownership inscriptions by Efraim ha-Rofeh and Saadiah ben Efraim ha-Rofeh, dated 1903 SE (= 1592 CE): "אפרים הרופה יצ"ו", "סעדיה בן אפרים הרפה" (fol. 2r).
Edward Pococke's collection of oriental MSS (mostly Armenian, Hebrew and Arabic) was purchased by the Library for £800 in 1692 (see Summary Catalogue, vol. II, p. 1008).
