Foliation: Foliation in Arabic numerals in pencil in the upper left corner. There is an earlier foliation in Arabic numerals in pen in the lower margin upside down.


Difficult to see the quires, 2 modern flyleaves and 4 old flyleaves at the beginning; 2 unfoliated blank leaves + 2 modern and 2 old flyleaves at the end. no signatures catchwords on almost every verso.


Fols. 135-150: inkburnt leaves, very fragile.


Italian cursive script.


Not decorated.


Leather binding.


Origin: [Italy]; [early 17th century]

Provenance and Acquisition

It belonged to Rabbi Isaac Samuel Reggio's (1784-1855) library, which was purchased en bloc by the Bodleian Library in 1853.
