Foliation: Foliation in Arabic numerals in pencil from right to left. Earlier foliation in Arabic numerals in ink from left to right (in the lower margin). The latter is not in accord with the later foliation in pencil, but starts at 36 (that is fol. 52) and ends at 89 (that is fol. 1). In addition, the Sidur has its first and last leaves numbered in Arabic numbers. In addition, earlier Hebrew pagination in ink of the different works starting with the Commentary on the Sefer Yetsirah is an exception.

Provenance and Acquisition

The MS was purchased from Schorr in 1853.

It belonged to Rabbi Isaac Samuel Reggio's (1784-1855) library, which was purchased en bloc by the Bodleian Library in 1853.
