Attributed to Ptolemy, belived to be the Hebrew transation of his Centiloquium, but most probably written by Ahmad b. Yusuf al-Misri (835-912), Egyptian mathematician (ch. Sela, Abraham Ibn Ezra and the Rise of Medieval Hebrew Science [2003], 321-322).
