the end of part v (called מאמר not חלק) and the table of contents of part vi. The latter agrees with the version by John of Avignon (Moses b. Samuel of Roccambra רוקאמברא = Roquemaure in S. France) as in no. 2128, fol. 198, but part v differs entirely from his version as well as from that in no. 2125.
