The comment beg. ע̇כ̇ המדרש וזה ה̇ו̇א̇ בגמר' דמועד קטון דף י̇ה̇ ע̇ב̇ על הא דאמר שמואל מותר לאדם במועד.

Half of 7a and all of 7b are blank.

Fol. 8 headed באתחנן, beg. הובא בספר שתי ידות על פסוק אתה החילות להראות את עבדך וגו' ראית' במדרש רבה פ' זו שמסיים הדרוש בעת ההיא

ending on fol. 8b, followed by a blank space.

Fragment of a Hebrew translation of Bernard Gordon's Lilium Medicinae

the end of part v (called מאמר not חלק) and the table of contents of part vi. The latter agrees with the version by John of Avignon (Moses b. Samuel of Roccambra רוקאמברא = Roquemaure in S. France) as in no. 2128, fol. 198, but part v differs entirely from his version as well as from that in no. 2125.
